Adidas Launches Diriyah-Inspired Sneakers!

Sneakerheads, get ready — Adidas Originals just dropped The Loomhood Collection, and it’s all about Saudi pride and Diriyah’s rich heritage.

This limited-edition release puts the spotlight on Diriyah — the historic heart of Saudi Arabia — known for its rich heritage, timeless craft, and earthy tones. The collection reimagines two adidas icons, the Samba and Handball Spezial, with custom laces inspired by traditional Sadu weaving and stitched details that nod to the Kingdom’s deep-rooted artistry.

So, where can you grab a pair?

Riyadh is front and center, with the collection dropping at Riyadh Park Mall starting April 21.

This collection isn’t just stopping at Diriyah. The Loomhood Collection also includes designs inspired by Cairo’s vibrant El-Khayamiya and Dubai’s elegant Talli embroidery. It is blending iconic streetwear with craftsmanship from across the region. It’s a cultural flex from every angle.

Diriyah is gaining more and more recognition lately — did you know it now has its own color? That’s right! Say hello to Diriyah Tan, a brand-new Pantone shade inspired by the stunning golden tones of the city’s historic mudbrick architecture. It’s soft, sandy, and seriously iconic.

The Loomhood Collection is where style meets story. It’s local, it’s proud, and it’s walking proof that heritage will always be in fashion. Adidas is turning heritage into hype, and The Loomhood Collection is proof that style and story can share the same stride.

Step in, stand out — and wear the culture
